Females times weight by 1.5

5 Rounds for time of:
20 Kettlebell Swings, 1.5/1 Pood
20 Pullups
20 Burpees
20 Double Unders

One athlete at a time.  The Kettlebell may not touch the ground throughout the WOD.  Penatly=start round over.  If you are using two different Kettlebells, one kettlebell must be held throughout the WOD.

Thursday morning 5:00am.  CFCM Running team’s 4 mile run……Only 18 days till Hyannis…………
