2nd
AMRAP in 15min of:
95lb/65lb Thrusters, 5reps
95lb/65lb Hang Power Cleans, 7reps
95lb/65lb Sumo Deadlift Highpulls, 9reps

Comp Team…..Scale up daily wod
row: 4 rds-500m as fast as you can.  2 min rest between rds
then
complete 5 sets of 10 chest to bar pullups…
