WOD Wednesday 6/10/09

“Fight Gone Bad”
Three rounds of:
Wall Ball, 20lb Ball (Reps)
Sumo-Deadlift High Pull, 75lbs (Reps)
Box Jump, 20″Box (Reps)
Push Press, 75lbs (Reps)
Calorie Row (Calories)

In this workout you move from each of the five stations after a minute.  The clock does not stop or reset between exercises.  This is a five minute round which a one minute break is allowed before repeating.  On the call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to the next station immediately for the best score.  One point is given for each rep, except for the row where one point is given for each calorie.
