Run: 20lb Vest, 3X(200m+400m+600m)
C2: 20lb vest, 3X(250m+500m+700m)
Rest the exact time it takes you to do each interval set. Ex. If it takes you 35seconds to run 200m, then rest 35 seconds, run 400m, rest, run 600m, rest run 200m, etc.
