15 Handstand Push-ups
or 3 30 Handstand Holds

CrossFit Endurance
Rest Day

***Tuesday we will be having a Skill Development Day.  We will be working on the Overhead Squat.  Our class schedule will be different.  Details will be posted tomorrow.
