WOD
For time:
Run 1 mile
Five rounds of:
15 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood
10 Burpees
5 Squat cleans, 135lb
Run 1 mile

Endurance WOD:  Be ready for 5:15 (inside EWOD)

Sprint 100M on the minute for 10 mins.  (down and back on the turf 2x)

If the sprint takes you 20 seconds you have 40 seconds to rest before the next attempt. 
For every second over 17 seconds, there is a 5 rep penalty at the end of the workout.  You may choose either ab mat or GHD situps.  For example.  If on round 3 and 4 it takes you 19 seconds, but all other rounds were 17 or less you would owe 20 situps after the 10th round.
 
 
We are looking for more athletes! Ever think about running a Half Marathon, Full Marathon, or just want to start running – but don’t know where to start, or don’t want to run alone?  Well, here you go, this is for you! The next race we are looking at is the Worcester Half and Full Marathon!
March will be a transition month full of fun 5K’s and endurance work.  Come April, we will start focusing on getting ready for the Worcester Half/Full Marathon’s –  there will be an informational meeting and run at 9:00am Saturday, March 31st .  Dont miss this opportunity to try something new and exciting.
