ABOUT CFCM
CrossFit CenterMass is the premier strength and conditioning facility for central Massachusetts. We train all level of athletes whether you are just getting off the couch or you are a professional athlete. All our workouts are infinitely scalable to meet your individual fitness level. At CFCM our classes are led by certified CrossFit Coaches who will take the time to design a program that is specific to you.
To get started you must first attend our FREE intro class held every Saturday at 1pm. During the intro class you will meet one of our coaches who will show you our facility, discuss our methodology, then coach you through your first CrossFit Workout. This intro class is by registration only. To register click here.
After your free intro class if you are still not sure that CrossFit is right for you then we offer a free week. During this week you will run through a wide array of CrossFit workouts that are designed for beginners of any fitness level. Each of these workouts will consist of various CrossFit movements that will be taught to you by our CrossFit coaches.
The next step before joining our group class is to attend our On Ramp Program. This program is an in-depth course, which consists of twelve, one-hour classes. In each of these classes a CrossFit coach will lead you through a warmup, teach you the basic lifts, all the equipment, and exercises found in our program. You will finish each class with a workout and a cool down which includes a guided discussion on various CrossFit related topics. The On Ramp is designed to give you a basic understanding of the CrossFit program so you can safely and confidently begin our group classes. The On Ramp program is conducted in a small group setting with specialized attention from one of our trainers. We require the On Ramp for ALL of our new members.
