VOLUNTEERS AND AFTER PARTY!!!
This Sunday runners from CrossFit CenterMass will be participating in the Worcester Half Marathon. Our gym will have a booth at the health expo that is going on Saturday at the DCU Center. Also during the race our gym has been chosen to be the site of one of the water/aid stations. And finally in true CFCM fashion we will be having a post race party at the gym. We are looking for volunteers for all three events....
