WE WILL BE MEETING THIS SUNDAY FEBRUARY 6TH AT 1:00PM FOR A QUICK MEETING AND  OUR FIRST WORKOUT.  IF YOU HAVEN’T SIGNED UP YET, YOU CAN STILL COME IN ON SUNDAY AND JOIN US.

TOMORROW (TUESDAY) WE WILL BE MEETING AT 5:15 FOR A QUICK 5K RUN.  THIS RUN WILL BE AS FAST AS POSSIBLE.  DUE TO THE INCOMING SNOW STORM, THIS MAY BE THE ONLY TIME WE CAN GET OUTSIDE FOR A FEW DAYS….
