ATTENTION ENDURANCE ATHLETES: This Saturday we will be holding an Endurance Team meeting at 8am. This meeting will go over running technique, running tips, and we will be giving out our Worcester Half Marathon Training Plan. We will also be discussing the Marine Marathon and other upcoming races. This is a great chance to get involved with our Endurance Team. The runs will be tailored to beginners so all new members are welcome to join us. The meeting will end with a short run. Hope to see everyone there.
