WOD 1 Running Ladder….200m-400m-800m-1 mile run
Start with the 200 m run. When finished, rest for as long as it took you to run the 200m. Run 400, rest for as long as it took to run the 400. So on and so on with remaining distances. (2oom run took 30 secs, rest 30 secs, 400m takes 1 min, rest 1 min) WOD 2 5 MIN AMRAP 95lb/65lb squat clean and presses FOR THOSE THAT ARE RUNNING THE HALF MARATHON ON SUNDAY, DONT FORGET TO PICK UP YOUR RECE PACKET THIS SATURDAY.
