REMINDER THAT TODAY THE NEW SCHEDULE STARTS. THE MORNING AND NIGHT TIME CLASSES WILL START ON THE 15 MIN INSTEAD OF ON THE HOUR. THE AFTERNOON BLOCK FROM 11-1 WILL REMAIN THE SAME AND IS STILL AN OPEN CLASS TIME FORMAT.

TODAY ALSO STARTS OUR NOVEMEBER ON RAMP AT 8:15AM AND 7:15PM

Set 1: 65%
Set 2: 75%
Set 3: 85%

2nd
“Bradshaw”
10 Rounds for time of:
3 Handstand Pushups
225lb Deadlift, 6reps
12 Pullups
24 Double Unders

COMPETITION TEAM
Warmup:
3 Rounds
10 GHD (not Situps)
10 Wall Ball 30/20lb (everyone should be be trying to hit the 10′ mark)

Snatch – 5 x 2 (~75-85%)
Snatch pull – 4 x 3
Pause back squat – 5 x 2

Aim to add weight to each exercise from what you used last week.
