Pat is resting on his favorite yoga mat before his intense ab workout!

Team WOD
For time:
1st
30 Wall Balls, 1 athlete at a time(all 30 then switch)

2nd
2 rounds for time of:
300 meter row
30 Box Jumps, 24″
30 Kettlebell Swings, 1.5/1 Pood
30 Push Press, 95lb/65lb

Both athletes will go at the same time.  Athlete 1 will start with the row while athlete 2 will start with the box jumps.  Athletes may not move onto the next exercise until their partner is done with theirs.

3rd
30 Deadlifts 225lb/135lb, 1 athlete at a time(all 30 then switch)
