Team WOD
In Teams of 2:
4 Rounds for time:
10 Overhead Squats, 115lb
15 Wall Balls, 30lb Ball
200 Meter Farmers Carry, 1.5 Pood Kettle Bell
This WOD is done in relay fashion. Athlete one will complete their first round. When athlete one comes back from the Farmers Carry, Athlete two will start their first round. Athlete one will then rest while Athlete two completes their round. Both athletes will complete four rounds.
