Complete The Following:

Back Squat 5-5-5
Shoulder Press 5-5-5
Deadlift 5-5-5

**Warmup to each lift as necessary.  We are looking for 3 heavy “Work Sets” of 5″.

Optional- After lifts, row 1k for time.
